Workshops
Our workshop sessions are participant-driven and value the diverse experiences each individual brings to the table and believe that everyone has something to teach and something to learn.
To break the traditional teacher-student dynamic we use group activities and discussion to shift the focus from focus ‘we have something to teach you’ to ‘let’s learn from each other.’
These workshops are dynamic, tailored to each group, and adapted on the go based on the direction of group discussions. It’s a collaborative space where we comfortably address challenging topics like consent, healthy relationships, and team culture.
Values
Inclusivity and Diverse Perspectives
Embracing and valuing the diverse experiences that each participant brings to the workshops.
Mutual Learning and Collaboration
Fostering an environment where everyone is seen as both a teacher and a learner, emphasizing a collaborative and inclusive approach to knowledge exchange.
Adaptability and Dynamic Engagement
Tailoring the workshops to each group’s specific needs, allowing for dynamic discussions and adapting content based on the direction of group conversations.
